Help! i have Leaky Gut Syndrome?
so i have Leaky Gut. i’m 18 years old. i have noone to help me. here are some things i’m doing.
i only eat meat & vegetables. “not canned or processed” nothing added as well.
i take fish oil tablets
i take glutamine powder
i take adrenal supplements
i take vitamins for sugar metabolism
i exercise
i only drink water
all my shampoo, soap, deodorant, chapstick, & toothpaste are gluten free & organic
anything else i should be doing? will the Gut heal if i keep doing these things for a few years? will I see any results? thank u for your help & God Bless! any admonition would be salutary!
Go to a doctor, tell him your problem and see if there isn’t anything else you can do.
