I’m 18 and have no energy???????
i’m hoping the problem is that i have damaged Adrenal glands. i had a doctor tell me in May that my adrenal glands looked like an 80 year old man’s. he put me on a gluten free diet because i have Celiac Disease. then he said i had Military neck. so now i’m getting my spine straight with my Chiropractor. so i’ve done 2 things already, but what else should i do? how do i heal my Adrenal glands? is there supplements u take? that has to be the reason why i don’t have energy. so i’ve gone gluten free. i’ve gotten my spine straightened. so how do i heal my Adrenal glands? and he says i have leaky gut syndrome. whatever that is? i heard that if you go gluten free, the leaky guy heals itself. and he says my left and right side of my brain is not functioning. i always have brain fatigue. so i’m tired all the time and i can’t concentrate? any ideas? thank u for your help & God Bless!

You’ve got a very complex case. You need to see a very well qualified physician to evaluate you appropriately.
Since your complaints in your question are about fatigue and tiredness, I think you should consult a psychiatrist and/or a neurologist. Ideally a neuropsychiatrist, but those are hard to find.
I can easily think of a dozen different tests I’d want to run to evaluate you to help find a diagnosis. You need a partner who can actually order and administer those tests and get you the diagnosis and treatment you need.
