Hello. I need to start an anti-candida diet; I’m vegetarian and it’s so hard! Any ideas?
Last year I developed asthma (I’m 23) out of nowhere, literally. I had tons of tests done and I am having allergies to foods and what not. I know the culprit is candida/leaky gut. I don’t eat meat, except eggs. What type of foods can I eat on the diet? I’m going crazy here and I’m sick of my breathing problem! Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
